Human Kinetics Journals is seeking expressions of interest for Editor of the Journal for the Measurement of Physical Behaviour (JMPB), an interdisciplinary, peer-reviewed, and indexed journal which is the official journal of the International Society for the Measurement of Physical Behaviour (ISMPB).
About JMPB
Founded in 2018, JMPB is a rigorously peer-reviewed journal and publishes high quality research on fundamental measurement problems related to the use and application of device-based technology to assess physical behaviors such as physical activity, sedentary behavior, movement disorders, and sleep. Its Editorial Leadership group represents a global community of impactful researchers and is currently led by Professor Charlotte Edwardson, who is completing a three-year term as JMPB Editor in June 2026. JMPB received its first Impact Factor of 1.7 in 2025, and has a CiteScore of 3.1.
